It's Christmas Eve already and the greeting cards have all been sent, but I have a special wish for you, Lazy Circle Readers. Thank you so much for visiting my little blog and reading all the strange stuff that pops into my head. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, or if you don't celebrate Christmas, have a terrific day off courtesy of Ulysses S. Grant.
I would love to give you a clip of Karen Carpenter singing one of my favorite Christmas songs, but for some reason, Blogger won't let me embed. I just adore Blogger. So, click here and enjoy.

You had me at Karen. I have always loved the Carpenters. I was lucky to see them in concert and a few years later she and Richard would come to the cafe I worked at on the Sunset strip. I wasted no time telling them how much they mean to me. Karen and her parents are buried in a crypt just west of here, I visit it often. Today when Glenn and I go see his family for Xmas eve we will stop by her grave and as I have done many times before, thank her for her music. I would have told you much more but you have no Email. Glenn and I hope your holiday is the best ever. I love your blog, thanks for the brain food.
MERRY CHRISTMAS SAM!!
