So true! Everyone on the road New Year's Eve is either drunk or the police. That's why I haven't driven on New Year's Eve.......EVER. When I lived in Center City Philly during my bar hopping days, I always walked to the bar and stumbled home when they closed. Since I moved out of the big city I either work or stay at home New Year's Eve. So much safer and I want to be around for the next New Year's.
