Chris Meloni on True Blood?

Oh PLEASE let it be so!  Reportedly, the Law and Order SVU star is close to signing on to the 5th season of True Blood to play an "incredibly powerful vampire."  I first heard about this on a friend's Facebook page, and now it's all over the place.   

Obviously, the perfect role for Chris would be Alexander Skarsgard's lover.

Sam, we have the same tastes, no pun intended. I always did think Chris Meloni was hot and as a vampire? Perfect!
