As an afficianado of musical theater, you know the importance of the second act opener. After the intermission it is necessary to grab the audience's attention and direct it back into the musical. Typically this is done with the 'big song' and dance number performed by the shapely chorine in short shorts (or other appropriately abbreviated outfit). Given the nature of the allegations made about Mr. Cain, this would have been inappropriate, so we are left with Herman Cain and a song.
