That's Petty Officer 2nd Class Marissa Gaeta being welcomed home by her girlfriend Petty Officer 3rd Class Citlalic Snell. It seems that the Navy raffles off the first kiss and Marissa won the honor. So, when The Oak Hill returned to its home port in Virginia, the loving ladies were reunited. The Hampton Pilot captured the moment:
