LC NY Bureau Chief Doug sent this to me because I was born in Georgia and reared in South Carolina. Well, actually, like so many other Southern boys, I was first reared in Atlanta, and THAT'S the night the lights went out in GEORGIA!
I laughed until I cried, but that's OK because laughter through the tears is my favorite emotion!
