If the Peoples Choice Awards are the Dollar Store Oscars, and the Golden Globes are the Frederick's of Hollywood Oscars, what does that make the Critics Choice Awards, which were on Vh1 last night? The Sears Roebuck Oscars? Not exactly bargain basement, but not exactly a major player, either? Works for me.
It was as big night for The Artist and The Help, but there wasn't really one dominant movie. I watched so you didn't have to, and my thoughts will be up soon.
