Romney Takes NH

And becomes the first Republican to win both Iowa and New Hampshire since 1976.  From The New York Times:

Face it, Republicans, Mitt's going to be your nominee.  Granted, we'll be subjected to months of breathless cable news coverage as the talking heads desperately pretend there's an exciting contest going on, but seriously, it's over.  For all the blather about the Santorum Surge, he basically tied Newty Newt for fourth place in a five man race (I realize Rick Perry is still technically in the race, but he finished with 0.7%, so he hardly registered with NH voters).  The surger of the moment, Jon Huntsman, placed significantly behind Ron Paul.  So, go ahead and get behind your plutocrat.  There's nobody else.

You got it right. The talking heads can blather on and on AND ON (and indeed they will), but it's over. Like it or not, the Repugnants are stuck with Mittens Romney, which means another four years of Obama.
