Smash Has a Pit Fetish
It's become obvious that the director of Smash has an armpit fetish. Exhibit 1 from the premiere episode, hot Raza Jaffrey and Katharine McPhee:
I note that Neal Bledsoe played Judith Light's hot long-lost son on Ugly Betty and the hot guy who kissed Ed Westwick in Gossip Girl. He's also an Old Spice guy in a very strange commercial that apparently hasn't run in the US:

I've not yet watched "Smash" this week. As you know, it's not exactly compelling TV, in my view. But I will watch and then read your Smashcap. But as for the Pit Race, my vote goes to Raza Jaffrey.
You know, of course, that he comes out of musical theater in London. He was the star of "Bombay Dreams" in London, which I loved. In fact, on my iPod, it is the show that I listen to the most. Are you familiar with "Bombay Dreams"?
