It's on, people! In last night's debate, THE PRESIDENT showed up and it was a beautiful thing to see. Romney was the same as in the first debate - forceful, fully rehearsed, and intent on bulldozing over the moderator, but this time Candy Crowley was having none of it. The President was the old Obama we know and trust not the overly-cautious Obama of two weeks ago. He somehow managed to be combative while remaining calm. Never rattled, always on point, and quick on his feet. He called Romney on his BS over and over, particularly on issues like immigration, Romney's math-free tax plan, and energy. He saved the 47% for the very end so that the audience went away with that in their minds. But surely the strongest exchange was over the attacks in Benghazi. Romney tried (again) to play politics with a national tragedy and President Obama simply eviscerated him. Watch:
Note that Candy Crowley fact-checked Romney on the air and the audience applauded.
Then there was this classic Romney moment:
Binders of women! There's already a tumblr for it:

I believe this will stop the Mittmentum we've seen in the past two weeks. We'll know in the coming days.
